5. Fee Calculations (Estimate)

Our standard pricing structure:
• Base Rate: $1.50 per mile
• Minimum Charge: $175
• Surcharge: +$0.25/mile for distances over 150 miles
• Deadhead Miles: $0.75/mile for miles exceeding 50 deadhead miles

6. Liability Release & Payment Terms

By booking transport with Tactical Terrain & Transport LLC / Veteran’s Choice Horse Transport, you acknowledge that while every reasonable precaution is taken, hauling live animals carries inherent risk. You agree that the horse will be fit for travel and properly shod or trimmed, and that all required veterinary paperwork will be provided prior to loading.

Payment Terms:
• 50% deposit due before pickup (to reserve date and route)
• Remaining balance due upon delivery of the horse
• Any additional layovers, wait time, or route changes may incur additional charges as discussed and agreed.
